At Naffco Controls we have over thirty years of experience in the design and manufacture of compact or modular systems for reagents dosing in water treatment, chemical industry, wine industry, paper industry, and mining, among others.
We supply industrial feeders, from small manual dosing groups to complex and fully automated systems prepared to work with either solid or liquid reagents or both.
The powdered or granulated product is introduced in the tank through a discharge duct connected to the volumetric feeder. For liquid products, the reagent supply is carried out by means of a metering pump. Upon entering the tank, the product is moistened by a spray nozzle located in the inlet manifold, and a vertical mixer is responsible for quickly and efficiently preparing the solution. One or more metering pumps are installed above the tank for correctly dosing the final solution. Capacitive or ultrasonic level probes connected to a control and operation cabinet are responsible for completely automating the process.
Designed to provide a solution to the issue of dosing in areas exposed to the elements, with reduced space conditions, or in aggressive environments. The dosing cabinets developed by our technical department are used as compact units that include all the elements necessary for an optimal dosing process.
